Recipe: Roast Chicken

Had this for Thanksgiving lunch today. Pretty good.

Ingredients:
1 whole medium chicken
Rock salt
Lemon grass
Onion
Banana leaf
Garlic
Patis
Maggi Savor or Knoor seasoning
Sugar

Salt cavity of chicken. Stuff with lemon grass, onion and banana leaf. Put in a large plastic bag and marinate with garlic, patis, Maggi and Sugar. Marinate for at least 24 hours. Convection roast at 373 deg F for 1 1/2 hours turning once. Done!
