Recipe: Shrimp and Mushroom Tarts

Ingredients:

Shrimp
Mushrooms
Oive oil
Butter
White wine
Parsley
Mini tart shells

Cream cheese
Mayonnaise
Olive oil


Directions: Bake tart shells. Coarsly mince mushrooms and saute in olive oil and butter. Season with salt and pepper, then deglaze with white wine. Add shopped parsley. Saute or slightly boil shrimp seasoned with salt till just cooked. Place a teaspoon of mushrooms in tart shells and top with shrimp. Combine cream cheese, mayo and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top each tart with a dollop of this mixture. Done!
